Rethinking the Power Grid

The electric grid is among the country’s most critical infrastructure, a robust and complex system that provides electricity to homes and businesses. But the aging US electric grid is outdated and falling apart, unable to keep up with the hazards posed by a changing climate and the need to transition to a clean energy system.
